Ordering

Orders take 4-6 weeks although we can often turn around express orders within 2 weeks.
Payment in full is required with order.
We accept Cheque or Credit Card Payment over the phone.
All designs are available in Silver or Gold plated wire with a good selection of Swarovski crystals and pearls as well as glass and semi-precious stones.
Our standard necklace size is 17 inches.
Please specify the colour of the band that you require.

Postage and Returns Policy

 All Tiaras are packaged ad delivered securely, depending on the size of your order there may be more than one item per box, although we try to package each bridal tiara separately.

Every order is sent via First Class Recorded delivery and all items need to be signed for upon receipt, so if you require a different delivery address please specify on order.

Postage and Packing is £3.00 per order up to £150.00, orders over £150.00 qualify for FREE Delivery.
All items are made to order and are
non-refundable.

Should your order reach you in a damaged condition, we offer a full refund or exchange providing you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods by telephoning us on
01543 879911, and returning the product in its original packaging, unworn, before the wedding date, and we receive them within 7 days of notification. Without contacting us or if we receive the order back after 7 working days we can only offer an exchange. Refunds exclude postage and packing.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
